   + Personal Use Only

My commissions are intended for your personal use only, if you wish to commercialize (sell) copies of the commission I make for you, additional charges may apply.

   + Artist Posting

Your commissioned piece may be posted on my social media with a large watermark to prevent theft. (You will receive a non-watermarked image upon delivery of the commission.) If you do not wish for your commission to be publicly posted, please inform us at the start of the commission.

   + Full-Contact Commissions

I will contact you throughout the commission process, from getting more detailed information at the beginning, to showing you the initial sketch as well as progress along the way, and requesting any feedback or additional information as needed until the commission is complete.  (If you'd prefer a no or low contact commission experience, just let me know!)

   + Right to Refund

You may request a full refund up until I have started lining the commission. Life changes fast, so don't be afraid to reach out! As an artist, I also reserve the right to refund any commission request that does not align with my personal beliefs.

   + No Zoophilia & Pedophilia

I do not condone the practice of Zoophilia or Pedophilia and refuse to participate in any manner. I WILL NOT draw inappropriate acts with children or animals, and I do not wish to associate with those that enjoy such acts.

   + Copyrights

Commissioned works are copyrighted to Nerdjam Design and the commissioner, and are not intended to be for public use. That being said, if you wish to use your commission commercially, additional charges may apply. Other than that, you may use or re-upload your commission as you wish.

   + AI (Artificial Intelligence) Stance

You are not allowed to use my artwork in any form of AI training or AI learning. I do not support AI artwork.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  + When do I pay?

Payment is required up front before the initial sketching begins. You will have until the linework begins to cancel your commission if your financial situation changes or you decide we are not a good fit! Just reach out via a contact method and I'll do my best to respond ASAP!

  + How do I pay?

Payment for art commissions are currently paid in cash (for in-person transactions only at a convention or event), or using a payment app like Paypal, Cashapp, or Venmo.

  + How long does it take?

Commission times vary depending on the complexity of the image and the character being drawn. I will give you a time estimate after your character is described to me. Please note that sometimes life does occur, and delays may be expected, but I will reach out ahead of time if such a delay occurs.

  + What does "Complex" mean?

For me, complex means characters that have more than 4 fur colors, intricate markings or tattoos, extra limbs or eyes, or generally difficult or unusual characters. If you are unsure if your idea is considered complex, please feel free to reach out! A "Complex Background" means that the background will be more than just a single color/gradient or a shape, and instead will feature some form of environment.

  + What size is the finished image?

Bust, Waist-Up, Full Body and Partial Reference Sheet images are drawn on a 2400 X 2400 (approx. 8"x8") canvas, at 300dpi in RGB colors. Full Reference Sheet and Full Illustration images are drawn on a 3000 X 2400 (approx. 10"x8") canvas, at 300dpi in RGB colors. You can request additional smaller sizes of your commission at no extra cost. There may be a small charge associated with commissions done in CMYK colors.

  + What size of clothing do you plan to make?

Your size! In the future, you can contact me if there's a design you like and you're not sure if the listing will fit, or if you want a custom sized garment to your exact measurements! All of my listings will have the listed garment's sizes in their descriptions, and alterations are possible for an upcharge!
